The University of Missouri Livestock Judging Team competed at the Southeastern Livestock Expo in Alabama recently. Matthew Price, a junior studying agricultural education, finished third place overall. He was first in Placings; first in Sheeps and Goats; fourth in Reasons; seventh in Swine; and ninth in Cattle. Erica Kauzlarich, a sophomore studying animal sciences, finished eighth in Cattle. Mizzou’s team finished second in Reasons. Additional team members include Katelyn Robinson, a junior in animal sciences, and Cari Green, a sophomore in animal sciences. Tawnie DeJong, instructor, coaches the team.
